Campaign Guide: How to Properly Finish and Report a Game

To keep our GGA Trench Crusade Campaign data accurate, please follow these exact steps at the conclusion of every match.

⚠️ CRITICAL RULE: You must report the game before attempting to do your post-game sequence. Only one person needs to report the game itself, but both players must complete their own individual post-game and link it to that report.

Step 1: Navigating to the Post-Game & Reporting Tools

You can start the process using one of two methods depending on your preference:

Method A: Via the Main Menu Options (Best if you are just reporting)

Click the options menu in your roster and select "Report Game" to open up the submission sheet directly.

Method B: Via your Post-Game Dashboard (Best for doing everything at once)

Go to your warband dashboard, navigate down to the campaign section, and click the red "+ Post Game & Game Reporter" button.
Inside the Post-Game menu, click the red "🔗 Connect a Game" button.
If the game hasn't been reported yet, simply click the grey "+ Add new game report" button inside the pop-up window to launch the form.

Step 2: Creating the Game Report

When the menu opens, it will initially be blank and remind you to select your warbands.

Fill out the form completely with the details of your match:

Warbands: Select both Warband 1 and Warband 2 involved in the match.
Game Info: Select the Campaign (GGA Trench Crusade Campaign), the Scenario played (e.g., Claim No Man's Land), the Winner, and the Date/Time. Ensure "Count this game as Ranked" is enabled to update your campaign MMR.
Glorious Deeds: Add any Glorious Deeds achieved during the battle and assign them to the correct warband.
Scores: Input the exact Scenario Victory Points and Kills for both players.

Step 3: Connecting the Reported Game

How you finish this step depends on how you opened the report form in Step 1:

If you used Method B (via 'Connect a Game'): Once you finish and submit the report, your warband is automatically linked! You are good to go and can immediately start your post-game management.
If your opponent reported it (or you used Method A): You will need to manually link it. Go to your Post-Game settings menu, click "🔗 Connect a Game", highlight the match that was just filed in the "Connect Game Report" pop-up, and click "Connect Game" at the bottom right.

Summary Checklist

Player A fills out and submits the Report Game form (including all Deeds, Kills, and VPs).
Player A and Player B both open their respective Post Game menus.
Both players click Connect a Game and select the match that was just submitted.
Proceed with your standard post-game injuries, exploration, and income tracking!
